Terms of Service

Weekplot is a free weekly planning app. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They're short — please read them.

The service

Weekplot lets you organize tasks into lists and schedule them onto a weekly calendar. It's provided free of charge, as-is, with no uptime guarantee. We work to keep it reliable, but you shouldn't use it as your only copy of critical information — the app includes a one-click JSON export for exactly that reason.

Weekplot is free to use today. We may introduce paid features or plans in the future; if we do, we'll give you reasonable notice, and any charges will only ever apply going forward — never to what you've already used for free.

Your account

Your content

The lists and tasks you create are yours. We claim no ownership over them and access them only as needed to operate the service (for example, storing and syncing them). You can export everything at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service or other users, automate bulk usage beyond the app's documented limits, or store unlawful content. The service enforces per-account quotas; accounts that circumvent them or otherwise violate these terms may be suspended or removed.

Disclaimer and liability

Weekplot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is zero.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or modify the service; material changes will be announced with an updated effective date here and, for significant changes, by email. We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice, during which export remains available. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
